Countrywide Financial is as poor an ethical company as can be found in the USA. As described comprehensively in the website www.CountrywideEmployees.com the ethics of the company towards customers and employees is quite awful.

Internal breakdown and rejection by customers are possible scenarios. Particulary dubious are Leora Goren, Virginia Torres and Kimberley Lappin. Of course, all these personnel are presided over by the CEO, Angelo Mozilo and his colleague Sanford Kurland.

This company has to fail, customer rejection is the key. As a former employee who was dismissed for no grounds and denied arbitration on the basis of the CA at-will employment law, I can say firsthand that this company has no principles.
