Incorrect Charges

Timewarner Cable has included achannel to my support without my agreement. It's A Global Funnel and expenses and extra $14.95 monthly. I talked to some supervisor and they'll not credit my statement. They declare that I requested the funnel. Nevertheless, I NEVER requested the funnel. This funnel costs $14.95 monthly and that I am the only real person who lives at my home plus they must need my demand first. They declare that they "possess a notice" within their computer that I required to cover this route. However, used to do never.
