Ocwen, primary office in Asia, doesn't understand how to conduct business in america. Qcwen illegally obtained my overdue Moms debt consolidation mortgage from "New Millennium", today out-of company under that title, due to lawsuits. (they simply reopened under a Brand New Title). After my Mom's demise, in I extended to pay for Qcwen, and allow them "alter" the mortgage to incorporate Full-Coverage Insurance and fees in June.By September I had been spending the "altered" quantity, simply to discover after Hurricaine Ike, I had been informed I still had "compelled location" Insurance. The remainder of the horror-story, is a great deal to provide step-by-step, but Ocwen, keeps requesting my dead Mom and explained a week ago, (Feb. 2011) "to not fear, they've an agreement in Arizona to "Pressure the keeping Insurance" they don't actually understand what which means. The stark reality is I currently possess the home, and that I am in a home with form, guide, shaped fiberglass insulation along with a poor top, which was simply changed in 2002. This home isn't Insurable, and never secure to reside in, and Ocwen doesn't have a mortgage, they're wrongly incorporating costs for assessments, they don't understand the energy and plumbing is poor and that I am under a Health Care Provideris take care of allergies. Our late Mom's last present in my experience isn't truly secure to reside in, and Ocwen, doesn't possess a hint.
