They say that I still owe them money of $180 plus dollars and change. That account was back off months ago. Have not recived a statement since then but they say they have been calling and sending statements to me.

Where are they then and who have they been calling? They have given two differnt address to dispute the charges along with two diffrent phone numbers. Address are PO Box 5811 Hicksville, NY 11802-511 Phone # 866-503-0872 and the second address is PO Box 9204 Old Bethpage, NY 11804 and the phone # 866-88-8992. I called both numbers and asked if they are the ones that I need to send my written dispute to and guess what each one said? All that they do is process the payments and that I need to call and wright to the other. So if they do not take the disputes then who on god green earth does. Not one of them take any disputes about charges. I have spoken with 3 diffrent reps. For this so called company and each on has given me 3 differnt amounts of so called last payment recived or that is owed. This company needs to have a real good look at.
