I expected to get a benefit and got a notice which claims that "this mortgage is in foreclosure". This may be the first I heard about this. Also you will find costs named costs due? Extra charges and expenses? And uncollected late charges. I want to understand what the costs due are and also the extra costs and costs are. The sum total is $1200???
