Charged me to delay my tax refund

I'd my taxes completed at HnR Stop plus they suggested the RAC whilst the fastest method to obtain my income. I continued the government site today and unearthed that HnR Stop has obtained my tax-return, but I'll not obtain their "quick anticipation mortgage" (my overdue reimbursement minus their large charge) for 4 more times. It's not quick, it's not in expectation of something given that they have obtained OUR income currently, which is not really a mortgage. I paid them 400 bucks to wait my reimbursement by one more 4 times. All of the customer support employee might state was "sorry" and "I am aware your rage". I'll never get there again. I'm so angry I'd prefer to picket before their regional department. Hate them.
