Wheels came off cart failed inspection

I purchased a wagon from dream-maker carts last summer. I hed difficulty obtaining the health individuals to agree the wagon so when i named dream-maker carts they simply chuckled et me. A week ago the wheel arrived down but I'll not contact these folks again.

Please don't but a wagon from these folks. They speak good until they get your cash then poor treatmant.
