Refused to reverse fees of $150 after reversing project fee

Got a task on the website. Was paid an advance. Was billed $150 for that job, began the job. The customer instantly billed back the total amount. I reported the following: I obtained this concept from you: "We're creating to see you the cost you obtained for "xxxxxxxxxxxx"' continues to be corrected. We obtained a charge-back in the cost entry as well as in compliance with this conditions and terms we have corrected the resources. I would recommend that you simply go wrong with this task and contact the customer to solve the problem."

I replied " Since no cost continues to be settled in my experience (instead, your site has lost my period by placing me touching uncertain people). I owe you-no cost. Please change the 10% you had been getting from me like a fee. I'll make cost only when I'm compensated."

They responded" Sadly, fee costs aren't any longer refundable when the task was already granted to some Supplier. Please contact your Customer relating to your corrected cost and please ensure that you negotiate the unfavorable stability of $150 within 35 times to prevent your consideration from receiving suspended."

I believe that is unjust and arbitrary. They guard themselves, but WOn't protect you. Why must I be billed for lack of providers from their finish? May somebody get me justice?
