Lack of Customer Service

I've been attempting to correct a problematic cost for weeks customer support brokers are inefficient. I've created for them often and also have eliminated so far as to obtain a notice in the merchant under consideration they approved a return.

However HSBC will not take away the cost from my bill. For me this is actually the toughest organization I've ever endured to cope with so that as quickly when I understand this problem fixed I'll stop.
