Unauthorized charge to my credit card

I never registered for-anything out of this organization. They've been getting my charge card $49.60 each month since December.in April I named and was informed that I'd registered for this and there is nothing they might do but stop my membership (account?) but they continued to cost my charge card. On January 13, I named plus they stated somebody might contact me back with no you have. Our charge card organization (credit union) hasn't helped me. They explained to get hold of them first, which introduced no benefits. I will have to complete a-5-site record and fax it for them and that I do not have a fax. I suppose I Will need to visit Office Website or something similar to that and spend to send it for them. You'd genuinely believe that I really could simply check the awful thing and e-mail it however they wont provide mean email. They are likely still using carbon paper.
