I obtained a notice today dated January 25, informing me that my "delinquent bill" hasbeen designated for their workplace for selection by Midland Financing. The total amount is for just two, 321.79. To begin with, I don't understand who Midland Financing is. Next, they tell me I will make use of a charge card to pay for them! They request five funds of $185.74. They delivered this to my married name. Any obligations I might have have now been sustained under my maiden name. Am I appropriate to dismiss this?
