Mr. Santana Carillo formaly known as Albert Carillo dabbles in in and all realestate ventures with promissory notes not backed by any liens, then does not pay your investments back with interest as promissed. He is very very creative knowledgeable in flipping properties, loan servicing, loan mod advise, politics, gold, and who knows what else. His new scheme is promissing to repair your credit score by borrowing monies to pay peter to pay paul/sort of a multi level way to pass the buck. Name of his LLC's are

He claims to be CEO, RE-Invester/Consultant. Understand this, how can he claim to be a great business/consultant when what he has done is collect 10k for a flipping investment properties, then signing a promissory note to pay interest of 20% (witin usually 45days he claims), 90days within the promissorynote, but then when due date arrives HE DOES NOT PAY! He does not even contact you or nor has he kept you informed of your investment status during the that time. If he does he always has some excuse that sounds possible. He also had laborers (including family) work on properties and literally did not pay them for their services, 5 months AGO! To add insult to injury, he did same scam with his own mother! She apparently used 401k. To collect, she drove from CA. To AZ by herself, 50 plus years old. She waiting at his home for hours till 2am! He never showed. She was so furious she drove all the way back to CA that night at 2am. I am working with an AZ attorney now, having spent now 3,500 to sue him, and I will pursue no matter what the cost! I urge you, do not fall victim to his cunning pitch you will LOSE YOUR MONEY! He has other "partners" in on it. One other name is Jason Mendoza. He brags and email all sorts of positive life changing material to try to refllect that he has a conscious. He has gain many enemies and would not be surprised if his life were in some sort of danger from who knows what kind of people having lost lots and lots of money. I am on a mission, I will expose him for what he is.
