Ripoff Scams Steals from you and wants paid for it

I was issued a Credit Card with a $300.00 Credit limit but when i recieved the card it already had a bill of $187.00 on it. Well I called to cancel the card but they said I had to pay the bill before they would cancel the card. I refuse to pay the bill and now am recieveing harrassing calls from them everyday.

They demand the money and keep adding more and more late fees. I have not evan used the card. They are calling me 7 days a week and as late as 9:30pm to 10:00pm. They wont leave a message on my voicemail. They are very rude and unproffesional. I refuse to pay the bill for something I did not use I have since contacted my attorney. I hope he can do something to help us all.
