This Fernando Ferreira at Shellco would not send me a clearance letter. First they keep calling you to pay and then when you do it stays on our credit report you try to get a letter to get it off your report and then they keep hanging up on you and wont send you one. If anyone else has had a problem with them please call this number and e-mail a complaint. 416-326-8800 they are above the collection agency's!
