Illegal billing

I received a telephone statement from AT&T recently that had 39.98 in costs from store-front Riches... Don't know who this type of person and also have never activated for their solutions. They somehow got my emal data from Facebook from the link supplying a "FREE" present!!! Watch out for these presents on Facebook... Nothing is free... It ll permit a pop up & I suppose that's how they got my data... Understand this... Our house telephone is in my own Mother's title... They place deceptive prices on her statement. I named "COST ONE" @1-888-238-4453 AND WAS EDUCATED that I registered for this support... I eventually went down on thes people once they stated "Well we've your mail data where you registered"" I questioned them-and lastly they terminated my support, but nonetheless wouldn't return me. I questioned repeatedly to consult with a boss and was refused... The lady I spokewith ultimately explained a look for 39.98 could be delivered to me in 7-10 business days... We"ll view... I'm revealing them for the better business bureau and anyone who'll hear... If it has happened to you call your phone service and request a 3rd party payment stop be added for your biil @ no cost for you... Wanda D
