National juris solutions/christopher rojas
Weston and wyatt, loan modification scam

Business & Finance

Christopher Rojas and Bryan Souza are the owners of a loan mod scam in irvine, CA. They change names of their scam every three months. It started out as 'merrill and warren', then became 'weston and wyatt', then became 'us national legal solutions', and now they go by the name of 'national juris solutions'.

In violation of California and federal law, they scam consumers out of a fee for a loan mod, which of course never happens. They then change names, leaving victims without even a phone number that works. Very typical loan mod scam.

They moved from 26 corporate park to 5440 trabuco rd, irvine CA. The BBB has given F ratings to all of those companies except for the current name, "national juris solutions". For whatever reason the BBB is not listing the complaints or bad reviews for this company, and have a fake address and fake owner listed for NJS.
