Ripoff took money out of my checking account and tried to take some out of my Mother's account who I know would have never falled for such a ripoff

Received a credit card in mail and was told to call a number and activate the card. They they kept talking until I gave them my checking account number and told me false things about their services. You have to order from their catalogues and I was charged $318.00 for purchases in May.
WHICH I DID NOT DO. They are still trying to get into my checking account and take their various fees. They are very nasty to you also on the phone. I intend to notify out attorney general of this action.
