Scam of 7,000 dollars

By July 6 i been with strong advertisement options I'd 2 domains plus they were suppose to deliver me 700,000 people to my site plus they never did. And so I offered them sometime and that I never had 700,000 readers. I spend 7,000 bucks plus they never settled me not really 1 bucks therefore today iam struggling today since iam still spending my charge cards and today I owe 800 bucks on kid helps since Strong advertisement options never compensated me or provide me back my income
