Abusive threats by agents

Wescom repoed my vehicle after 4 decades of promptly funds and requested for six-thousand bucks in one single week, once they offered my vehicle using the aid of the established pull/repo companion I'd collateral in my own vehicle but somehow they drew everything up and got another $840 from my savings (remaining $1). How is that this reasonable?
