Fraudulent Company took money from my account without authorization and no order placed

The corporation is just a no-good bit of *^$%^#^$^& #$#@%&.

Their salesperson named. I informed her three times that I had been not thinking about some of their companies or campaigns. She set me to her boss. I told him that I had been not likely to purchase something and wasn't thinking about any free gasoline deals or publications. Then he put on me. Roughly 1 week later, I obtained a telephone call out of this same organization. I had been educated that my pleasant bundle had been delivered to my handle. I told the person about the telephone that used to do not purchase something and didn't need some of their promotional gasoline cards or publications. I had been informed the package had been already delivered which I'd need to contact possibly 888-235-9042 or 877-240-3421 to stop within 15 times after getting the bundle. One cost could be 9.99 and also the another cost could be 39.99. For what I don’t understand. I've never put an order with this specific company, or have I around this day 1/23 obtained something out of this company. They nevertheless took 39.99 without agreement out-of my banking account. I never offered them my card number or approved any dealings. How is that this authorized!? When there is an attorney available that might be thinking about lodging a suit from this organization, I'd be curiosity about obtaining this began. Most of these businesses shouldn't maintain company and have to be held responsible for creating such difficulty for individuals. I my situation I just had 32.00 in my own lender once they got out the 39.00. The financial institution subsequently billed me 34.00 additional being an Over draft charge.
