Misrepresentation

Like a business proprietor I registered with crescent running having a sales person, who explained there is no costs for early termination, following a couple of years of using there support, charge card revenue dropped to some stage were I receiving all-cash for providers, and was spending 30bucks per month for anything I had been not utilizing, and so I chose to contact crescent and tell them I'dnot be requiring their services anymore.

A repetition about the telephone explained that I'd certainly need to pay for early termination, I requested to talk to the supervisor, after fighting with him about the telephone concerning the sales representatives misunderstanding of the agreement, was also informed I'd need to spend.

I said I was not, which the organization didn't have my authorization to withdraw funds from my bill. A couple of days later, and growth, my bill gets hit by crescent, producing my shop lease check rebound and starting an adverse balance.

I'll not suggest one to Crescent Running, when they CAn't be truthful, how will you trust them together with your cash?
