My point of this report, is that hbc master card has put on a extra amount, which i know nothing about. There was a fraud, and hbc, did send me a letter saying there will be a credit of 301.75, which i did see, now they are telling me i ower more than i do. I at this time owe, i think, as i do not have my statement in front of me, as they have not sent it as yet, although i did speak to a wonderful lady, and she assured me i just owed the amount which matches the bills i had. The amount being 383.59, which is due feb6th. I have always paid my account up, never leaving a balance. I really would appreciate if you would look into this. Some of the people, that is customer care, are all different, the one i had today, should not be working there. Thank you for listening, i would like to resolve this asap. Again thank you
