Recieved an offer of credit from Union Workers Credit Service out of Dallas, TX. It was requested that I send them $37.00 to cover returnpostagewith a gurantee of of the amount being refunded to mewithin 60 daysof my first usage of the card.

Their address is "1327 Empire Central, Suite 130 Dallas, Texas 75247" I should have been suspicous when I found that there was no telephone number provided to contact them but, I missed that clue.
