I've been a person of RushCard for nearly three years. The reason behind my criticism is the fact that I Have had numerous difficulties with the organization not guarding me again unauthorized purchases which have happened on my bill. Each occasion that I Have had unauthorized dealings, I've needed to do the "knee" work-in obtaining the problems ultimately solved. This latest event of an unauthorized deal was the hay that smashed the camels back. I then found out on 1/10 when trying to utilize my card to create a purchase, that RushCard had plugged my Prepaid Debit Card, because of the proven fact that on outdated card that I'd using their organization (that was said to be closed-in February because of the card expiring), was actually nevertheless available & 2 unauthorized debits within the quantity of $118.94 each were published towards the card, creating that previous card to truly have a bad stability within the quantity of $237.88. After much probing & several calls into RushCard customer support, I then found out the 2 dealings were from the Days Inn Resort area in southern CA that I'd remained at in Oct. & the Times Inn did not publish the deal negotiation until 12/10. After much again & forth calls between Days Inn & RushCard customer support, Days Inn has ultimately decided to pay me these 2 levels of $118.94, because of the reality of misconduct with respect to a former staff of theirs. Nevertheless, RushCard has nevertheless not unblocked my card to ensure that I will have use of these resources, that will be a in my experience because the vendor has repaid the funds back again to the card. RushCard Customer Service providers & administrators keep showing me that they can need to deliver a contact for their corporate workplace to determine if my card could be unblocked, that they declare it'll get 1-2 business before I obtain a call back reaction. That's unexceptible for me.
