Loan Servicing Center Poor Record Keeping Extra unsupported charges refusing to answer questions

This company repeatedly adds unsupported charges and through the use of creative bookkeeping, the payments are not properly recorded - creating more unsupported charges. They are also non-responsive.

I've written countless letters and the response is always that they're looking into it, but nothing ever comes of it. They refuse to do anything through the mail, always wanting phone calls. I'm fairly certain that I'll be filing against them in a civil process in the near future.
