Struck Website Design is declining to remit a $400 cost provided them by my Discover Card. Consequently, Discover Card is bothering me about that. Because Struck Website Design didn't satisfy their responsibility in my experience, I've didn't spend them. Does other people that has been broken by them wish to take part in a-class action suit from this organization? I've approached Womble Carlyle Lawfirm about that.
