Insurance claim nightmare

We've an extensive home and auto insurance through ABSA and lately stated against our pool gear (chlorinator etc.) that had loaded up. We'd submitted our insurance state to ABSA about the 21st of January and am presently still awaiting feedback quality.

In February after I called the Durban statements dep. They recommended the supervisor had declined the state because they were lacking info in the assesor but they might try to pace issues up and obtain the lost data.

I again used up this week and was informed they might rethink because they currently got the right data statement in the assesor but that it's resting once more using the supervisor to examine.

That Is currently over 8 weeks continuing and definitely surprising! Like a customer that retains an ABSA homeloan, home insurance and vehicle insurance (two vehicles) I'm frustrated and nearly prepared to stop my insurance. I've seldom stated within the decades that I've had the insurance and dont enjoy the possible lack of feedback. I've invested my time for you to telephone them while no body has actually bothered to telephone me and provide improvement feedback.

Truly FRUSTRATED!!! Im contacting soon-to stop my insurance!
