Flagstar wants people to loose their homes

I called and explained that before i tried for this loan modification i tried for a refinance. I paid $495.00 for an appraisel which was worthless because three years ago my house appraised for $285,000 now it appraises for $185,000. I also told them how i hired a lawyer and that got me no where how my wifes been out of work and how i lost 10 percent of my pay. I told them my inlaws had been paying my mortgage and i did'nt want to get behind. I filled out all the paper work 4506, financial letter, hardship letter, paystubs, bank statements the works. We receive a letter in the mail december 26th they would have a decission in 30 days. Today we get a phone call saying they need us to keep up all these papers till they make a decission. Well my status hasn't changed and this is wrong. I have'nt missed a payment yet but been late by two days. They want me to loose my house!!!
