I, like many, have had nothing but negative experiences with Satterfield Organization. I gave them $2495 in February and was led along bylies and false promises until August.

I was handed off and the process was started over multiple times with new people whenever one of the dates my modification was supposed to be completed by grew near.

I requested my refund (as outlined in the original contract) in August and was told that it would take 2 weeks for a decision to be made. Two weeks went by and nothing had been done or even discussed. It was then that my wife and I went to Satterfield in person to demand our refund as my bank informed me that my modification had been denied because the application was not complete (even though Satterfield had the completed application).

Jake Satterfield met with us and told us that the way we had been treated by his company was unacceptable and he promised to see the case through. I told him and Amy Hone that my bank told me the modification had been denied but they promised me that my case was still under review and it would be a miximum on 60 days for me to get my modification. Jake promised that if I was unsatisfied with the level of communication between Satterfield Organization and myself that he would not only finish my modification but he would give mea full refund.

I recieved the rejection letter from my bank and called to talk to them and was told that they were wrong and that the process had to start again from scratch. I then again went to Satterfield and put in my request for a refund and was told the refund would take a month.

A month later I checked in to find that no discussion had been held and Jake continued to try and get me to start over. I have repeatedly tried to contact him to call him on his lies and false promises to no avail and now his website is no longer active.

Avoid this company and any of their afiliates at all costs.
