They have harassed us tried 2 times to take us to court for forcloser now we have money coming from their insurance dept they made us take when we had our own insurance and they are holding it cause we filed chapter 13 which didnt include them..

This is the 4th time they have jerked us around. First we were never notified they bought our account until they filed a forecloser and we had been sending payments to our previous lenders we are tired of being jerked around having been lied too and taken into court
