Two foreclosure attempts and insurance proceeds withheld

They have harassed us and tried 2 times to take us to court for foreclosure. Now we have money coming from their insurance department, which they made us take when we had our own insurance, and they are holding it because we filed Chapter 13, which didn't include them.

This is the 4th time they have jerked us around. First, we were never notified they bought our account until they filed a foreclosure, and we had been sending payments to our previous lenders. We are tired of being jerked around, having been lied to and taken into court.
