This company STINKS!!!

My daughter was selling items from a Christmas Catalog, it too TEN weeks for the items to come in and when they did only 7 out of 18 arrived. It took another TWO weeks for another 8 items. As of today January 11, we are STILL missing 3!!! Of the items that did come in half were NOT what people ordered, instead there was a cheap address label with # items is no longer available, please accept this sub.

I have called THREE times!!! The last being Dec 23, I was told they would be mailing a refund directly to my home for the STILL missing 3 items, instead my daughter brought home ANOTHER sub from school today, it is Christmas paper that is no longer wanted! Most of the items are so cheap-you can get better quality at a dollar store. Don't waste your time or money on this place, you'll just get a headache!
