Never again... Total rip off. They promise to help me through my tough times. Took my money, mixed up my emailed information with my sister-in-law who also is a client. Never gave an explanation of how that happened considering my sister-in-law has a different name, email address and even from a different state... Asked if they would refund me money due to not provided me the service promised and they said it is in the agreement there is no guarantee... You also never get information from them unless you call or email even then it takes days for a response. Especially from Brigette. She is the one who screwed up the information. She tells you everything is going good and then you get the call from someone else saying you were denied without reason to explain.
