Unfair Business Practices

I've been billed by Credit One Lender, who directs my payment claims every month costs from the business that piggybacks off credit one bank title TLG that has and it is currently getting my bill $13 per month and that I haven't noticed a term from their store -no email from nothing indicating thanks or any components of any sort, nothing to see have they sent me something. I've described this to credit one lender customer support and obtain exactly the same outcomes actually I just had a $250 dollar borrowing limit. Is not there regulations that protect folks from these kind of theives? Or do all of them need to watch for their primere on National Greed.
