Was promised a credit card with a $2500 limit. Did not receive, instead we receive a book telling how to get a credit card and a credit situation. I sent all material back as told and they received it at the mailbox. We were told that a refund would be issued. The refund did not get it to be used for Christmas. Our thirtieth day was Dec. 16 so I call to see and was told that she was not there.
