Jeff Hines is a rip - off artist. I forwarded 1000 dollars via bank transfer as insructed on Sept. 28. To this date (Jan. 5.2011), I still haven't recieved a shell corporation or it's funding. Hines will tell you anything from "it's almost ready" to "I've checked on your corporation and they are still working on it." The victims of this scam should do whatever they can to track him down and bring him to justice. I will be searching for him as best I can, as long as I can. Report him to federal law enforcement immediately if you have not already. This guy deserves a swift, hard kick in his rear-end.
