KleenCreditNow.com Gave $400.00 to have nothing accomplished... And now doesn't answer the phone or return phone calls. Got more done, doing it myself. Do Not use!

Met with the owner David approximately 3 months ago, to repair credit, to be able to buy a house. I had already started doing it myself. So he stated that it would cost $400 to fix my credit. He would start by sending letters to the credit bureau and rebutting them. I had already started doing this on my own online, but thought he knew more than I did. After we bought our house, he quit working on our credit. But it was not due to anything he did. During the course of the last 3 months, there has been nothing removed from the credit report to include, collections, inquiries, or "bad credit". As a matter of fact, nothing was removed. What helped my credit was paying off bad debt. I believe that they used to have a good reputation as many local lenders have suggested using them. However, they have a "F" rating with the BBB and are no longer a member for this reason. Their lack of action, cost, and having you sign a "Power of Attorney" causes great concern for a company that doesn't return phone calls or has a "F" rating with the BBB. I would advise NOT using this company! Do so at your own risk!
