I was sold on Loan Mod by Erika Wells, of Thomas Metivia law offices, and told it would take up to 3 months for loan mod. To take. This was the selling point for me. They drafted $2,900.00 from my bank account, and kept calling and kept getting the runaround. After time, David Myers told me that there were so mant applications, that it would be after Jan. 1, before anything happened, and that Thomas Metivia law hired an outside source to help them handle the high volume of applications.

Dec., 31, I received a letter from Legal Home Loan Solutions, saying they have exhausted all their financial resources, and are closing their doors.

Great legal people. I am now dead in the water, with my 2 young boys!
