United Wealth
The Wealth Alliance Who are these people?

Business & Finance

In November, I received in the mail an offer to purchase a report for the amount of $13.10. The mailing peice stated, essentially, that there was a business opportunity that I could look into. I sent in the $13.10.

What I received was a book entitled: United Presents: The Wealth Alliance. Survive and Thrive—Building Wealth, Helping Others. Along with the book came a DVD. The DVD was basically an infocommercial that showed people in a room who were there to find a way to make money.

The book is quite interesting. I do not have the space to get into here. It is essentially about how to purchase real estate deeds and mortgasges that property owners arehave having trouble collecting the mortgage payments.

You locate the mortgagee who is not receiving payments fromthe mortgagor, you offer to buy the note and sell the note to investors—and you get a finder's fee. This sounds very nice indeed.

I want to know: has anyone heard of this organization and had any dealings with them? This appears to be a legal quagmire...
