Ripoff markel accepts premiums but does not honor claims

I'm who owns an event vessel in brooklyn ny. I covered my boat with markel in 5/02 after having two coastguard assessments validating my boat to transport 149 passengers. Markel approved my software for insurance and released a maritime plan addressing my boat for problems and liabilty. Well on dec-14 02 my boat went a floor after striking a sandbar which was situated in a navigable channel. The buoy was mislocated and it has since been repositioned from the people coastguard soon after our accident. Significant harm was completed to my boat and underneath the guidance of surveyors employed by markel was fixed in a shipyard. They wouldn't substitute the broken motor but my technician was informed to repair it. Against his desires he did.

Markel will not take responsibilty in spending the state and so I needed to place the cash out-of my wallet to truly have the vessel launched in the shipyard ($50,000). After I acquired my vessel out the motor that must be changed blew since my technician claims that it had been to damged to become rebuilt to start with. But thats what markel surveyors might approve. Markel is still not praising the whole state to start with. I have dropped my company because of their neglect and am caught spending dockage charges. Notes and you know what? Insurance costs to markel. They are declaring the vessel was unseawothy from plan inceeption. I cant comprehend since the boat was licensed from the people coast guard but still is.

The coastguard reinspected the boat following the incident injury was fixed, the corporation simply doesnt wish to recognize its agreement plus they set me out-of business. I cant allow them escape with this specific fraud. I have organized almost 100,000 bucks since this incident plus one more 5500 bucks in insurance costs to markel in covering a ship they state is unseaworthy. Please enable
