Threatning Slanderous Unbuisness Like Rude

My daughter received a phone call from M.R.S. Associates, Chris Bradley at 877-774-7991 or 7999 ext 3490. The call was in reference to collection on her Sears Account.

My daughter (over 21 years of age) tried to explain to the man what had happened with the account and that she had made payments but the company had applied them to the wrong account (her sister's) and about loosing her job, but he would not listen and started threatning her with lawsuits and pay garnishments if she could not come up with the money all at once to pay off the Account. He was rude and beligerent. My daughter offered to make payments to pay off the account because she had just recently got a new job but he did not accept it. Throughout this conversation he was loud, rude and very threatening.

At this point my daughter became really upset and my wife entered the conversation. He again was loud, beligerent, rude and slanerous. He even stated that we as parents should teach our daughter about credit and wants us to go bank or friends to get a loan to help our daughter. He then threatened us that we had to call him back to tell him whether or not we had gotten a loan from the bank etc.By Monday (15 Dec, 9:00 p. M) or else.
