I was charged a $30.00 fee in my bank account on 12/23/10. I called the bank on 12/24/10 to dispute the unauthorized charge. I did try to contact the 888/897-8045 phone number was just a message saying "you have reached us after hours, you may contact us at www.customersupportsection.com" i tried the website, which doesn't seem official. I want to let everyone know who banks with jp morgan chase, that you have zero liability for unathorized charges and they will give you your money back. Don't let these people get away with this crime. Contact your attorney generals office, the better business bureau, and any other state agency that will put this company on notice that what they are doing is not right and the future of their shady practices will come to an end soon.
