Unauthhorized closure of retirement account

Because of a mistake by Wachovia Bank in January my IRA Disc within the quantity of $110,000 was shut without my agreement, possibly dental or created, and also the money amount moved to some taxable Disc. An incomprehensibly obscure notice was delivered by Wachovia within the last quarter of 2009. After talking with a worker of Wachovia, I had been guaranteed no more motion was required.

Because this whole quantity is likely to be specified taxable from the government for that 2010 tax year, our fees, both National and Condition, is likely to be substantial. My partner and that I are retirees on the fixed-income and can't afford this type of significant tax problem.

I'm that Wells Fargo, whilst the heir to Wachovia, must alter the code with this consideration to replicate that resources were in a pension bill throughout 2010 and never produce a 1099 form.

I've spent hours and hours in the last many months dealing with Wells Fargo trying to cure this case and also have been stonewalled at every change.
