EZ Loan Protection
This company taken Christmas presents from under my tree by stealing money from our account

Business & Finance

This company that calls themselves EZ Loan Protection had decided on December 21 that they needed more money for Christmas and took it from us. A check in the amount of $30.00 was posted to our account along with an overdraft fee of $25.00. To many people this may not seem like alot of money but when you are hardworking citizens struggling to make it and provide a Christmas for your family this is a blow to your finances. I called my bank and explained how important that money was for this week but they said I had to fill out a dispute form and that can take 5 to 7 days to return the money to my account.

The overdraft fee of $25.00 can not be returned they stated, because it was not their fault. Well, I explained that it was not my fault either and since it was neither of our faults why can't it just be cancelled. Of course this did not work and they said after the funds were returned I can try to get my $25.00 back. The best part of the situation is that it will cost $25.00 to stop payment on this check and any further checks from this company in the future.

I can say I get this companies scheme since it's so little amount they figure it will be too much of a hassle to bother with or in some cases go unnoticed. I am not going to let this go and will get my money back from this company! Companies can harrass us and bombard us with junk mail and telemarketing calls. So, what is the harm in us doing the same to these companies who take our money without permission and now owe it back to us!
