Some of the most arrogant and unprofessional people

I've recently been contacted by somebody from NCO, I'm only guessing about my past due credit card bills. I'd love to find out for sure, but the only time that I've actually talked to somebody, they wouldn't tell me any information until I fed them a bunch of my personal information. They called my father and lied saying that I had left that number to contact them at, just to get my new number after I had moved, and then had the brass to threaten a lawsuit on me, although I'm in the stages on bankruptcy. After being denied information numerous times, I said do what you have to do and hung up. What a joke of a company!
