5. Contact the Federal Trade Commission. Create towards the FTC Consumer Response Heart, California, DC 20580 or phone toll free 1-877-FTC-AID (1-877-382 4357). You may also document electronically, pick the “Consumer Criticism? Record it towards the FTC” link at www.ftc. Gov.
