Unauthorized charges to our credit card—will not contact us!

We have been getting a monthly charge for 19.99 on our credit card for lowrateapprovals.com for some time now. I called the phone number numerous times to just get an answering machine that does not return calls and looked up a website (that shows up on the web) and sent a letter via mail to no avail. I have requested the credit card company take this off any future charges. They seem to be a bogus company as I cannot seem to find out anything more about them. Beware if this shows up on your credit card—do not deal with this company!
