This bank is involved in major criminal activity and have our government buffaloed real good. They lie directly to congress and our president and need to be put out of business for it! If you and I let them get away with these huge rip-offs, all the other banks will follow their lead. Www.helpwithmybank. Gov that should be able to help you. Write them a letter explaining what Chase has done to you. This is a very organized and wealthy bank that will probably get away with this thievery if we let them. Get mad and even, I am. Don't give up or give in. They may not prevail!!
