Waste of time and misrepresented refinance details

I dealt with these idiots for two months to do a simple FHA refinance on my home. To put it in simple terms, they were incompetent. I had to send documents 2 and 3 times, sign forms twice due to their errors, several injuiries of me I had already told them, unreturned voice and email messages. Worst of all, the whole deal was misrepresented in terms of what my final payment would be, loan details, closing costs, and interest rate.
I finally spoke to a manager who thankfully straightened out the facts for the loan, and boy am I glad I didn't sign the final papers or close the mortgage.
Don't use this company if you don't want to waste your time.
