Thieving Lying Bastards ripoff cheat

Like many people i've read about on this website, i too was taken by this company. I purchased the lowest-priced item on the list, hoping to get some kind of results (i was planning on purchasing the program again if i received results). HOWEVER! It didn't get that far. I was supposed to receive mailing labels in my kit. When i didn't, i emailed the company.

They responded within 2 weeks, stating that "if you're not happy with the kit, send it back for a FULL refund". I wasn't happy, therefore, i spent the $7.50 it took to send the kit back.

I enclosed a letter stating that i would appreciate a full refund (per email) within 2 weeks.
Not only was the check a week and a half late, it was for $40.00... I payed $65 just to get the kit in the first place! Then i had to spend another $7.50 to send the damned thing back! They had the NERVE to put a memo at the bottom of the check stating "complete refund less s&h 20% restock fee"!!!

I about fell over dead when i saw this. I received the letter today, december 8th. I plan on taking action, calling the company and demanding the rest of my money be sent to me promptly.

I suggest the rest of you, who were taken advantage of this way, do the same.
