I spoke to a Mr. Guitierrez who informed me to call customer service at 1-800-642-1760 when I called to activate. Ripoff

I was taken by this scam, I paid for a credit card that did not exist. I was told it was for catalog orders and never received the activation or information on their catalogs! I was also told that I could not be found in their computer system. I spoke to a Crystal Bassett. Who states the company is Capital Credit Alliance of Las Vegas Nevada Merchant credit card. She referred me to a Supervisor - Michael Hoover, badge #0246. I'm sure all the names are as phony as the company! How can a law suit be filed so that these people are stopped?
